Deposit and Payment Schedule for the year of 2009 Tours:

Type of Payments Check Credit Card

· Initial deposit of $300 per person due upon booking;

· Deposit of $1200 per person due by 120 days before the start of the trip

· Final Balance per person is due by 60 days before the start of the trip

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received by 180-90 days prior to the start of the trip: $200 per person nonrefundable

Cancellations received by 90 days prior to the start of the trip: $600 per person nonrefundable

Cancellations received between 90-61 days prior to the start of the trip 50% loss of Trip price

Cancellations received within 60 days prior to the start of the trips: 90% loss of the trip price

We apologize we cannot make any exceptions ,for our cancellation policy, for any reason including personal emergencies, weather, or illness. Please refer to your trip insurance policy for coverage regarding cancellations
